Missy - I wish our IDX looked as good as yours. I am going to investigate this further. Thanks. Bob H
Kerry, that is a personal question but I like the look of the front page better. Then the consumer has the ability to search by neighborhoods if they prefer.
Robert, mine from the Board doesn''t look any better. This is from a raw data feed.
Karen, LOL yep I sure do.
Missy-Thank you for sharing your information and that of Kelly's post-oh boy, was it helpful to me and everybody should read before investing!
I receive my IDX from our MLS, and it doesn't even compare to what you have. I am not very IDX literate, so not sure how I could get something else more useful. The feed from our MLS is free.
Missy, thanks for sharing. I'm really starting to hate my website and the search that I have. I need to find a new web person that can help with the IDX, especially now that we have the Listing Router. Have you had any success with it yet? Connie
Hi Missy - Holy Cow, I'm really into unknown territory, but I can tell it's a Good Territory - I am one who has used a templated website, just started a blog and figured out how to add a couple widgets - AR is so deep into all this I have to do what Dory says - "just keep swimming!" Thank you for just showing me what to look forward to!
Missy this looks like a good IDX site. I am still trying to figure out which I should use.
Missy this is a great follow up on the listing router tools and how to most effectively use it. I love how tigerland uses the IDX system.
I really appreciate this post! Thank you for sharing the screen shot of your page. I've been strugling with the idx vs a service called home quest. In the past few days i've decided I need a lot more info/training - something - so I can get what I need to have --and this post adds fuel to that fire! I'm seeing it as urgent. I think I have a 'pretty site' not one that people stay on - and use.
Missy -- thanks for taking a peek at my website. I'm working on web site #2 and am considering using your IDX provider -- I like the way yours was displayed.
Hi Missy, I need IDX on my website. I belong to two MLS boards. Will I have to get this from both of them since it is for two different systems? How is it added to my website? Is it a separate page that is accessed by a link? Help!
Hi Missy what would we do without you? You make it so inviting for the consumer I am not surprise you get good contact info and people who can't wait to work with your team. Thanks for sharing.
Missy: A very impressive page indeed!!! Please do tell or post how us untechno types can get a sharp page like this.
Liz, yes you need both IDX feeds if you can get them.
Missy, This just goes WAY over my head. Whew! I keep bugging asking pleading with my husband to get on this for me. I'm bookmarking this for him to read:)
I love the way you have your site set up. I'm working on making mine pretty.
Time for me to work on getting an IDX feed into my website.
To do what you are doing we must get a data feed from mls.
Then a page can be designed to capture info any way you want. That is how our mls idx works.
Richard
Great idea as have gone back and forth on having them register! Thanks
wow! personal idx is great. We just got that option here last month. I am considering it because what I have with my current company doesn't incorporate so many features! thanks for the info
