Real Estate Broker/Owner with REALean brokered by eXp Realty BK3261358

Dolly Lenz is a top real estate agent in Manhattan, just a dynamo... watch this great video.  Sure, it's a commercial, but it is also so true.

I love my BlackBerry.  Friends have Palm phones, and friends have iPhones... but I find the BlackBerry to be the powerhouse.  Any moment now, the technology may change.  What we can choose from today, I'd choose BlackBerry.

  • Instant email capability to and from my BlackBerry
  • Internet browsing
  • Top Producer 8i compatible
  • great battery life
  • sleek and sturdy
  • expandable memory
Let me know what you use for your smart phone, and why you like it best of all.

I use the iPhone and love it.  Had BB's in the past and they were great also.  My iPhone uses push from a Microsoft Exchange Server so its compatible with the BB push.  Internet browsing is much superior.  Don't use TP8i so not an issue there.

I use an HTC tilt and I very happy with it ... it runs Windows mobile 6.0 and allows me to VPN to my office as well as to tether to my laptop and share the Internet connection ... it is  PDA that holds up to 4GB external micro SD card... and has calendar and mobile office ... It also has a build in GPS receiver and works like a charm with Google maps ...

I'm a Black Berry fan.  It's simple, yet powerful enough to do all and more than I need.  I fought the use of these things and now I couldn't operate without it.

I used a palm phone for several years. I am so glad I switched. I subscribe to Top Producer 8I and the Blackberry Curve is compatible. What I really appreciate it for is retrieving my e-mails. I was concerned about the signal strength as well. It appears to be better than my old phone. I use the speaker phone function all the time when I am driving. My clients always complain when I use the Blue tooth in my Lexus.

Kevin:

I have been a BB user since I got into real estate in 2002. Still hooked on it and love the new curve. T-mobile is an issue sometimes but overall it does everything I need it to do.

Using the HTC pocket pc, so far no problems, great for internet browsing and keeping track of appointments, we don't use it to its full capability, we are sure that we are missing some features.

I was in the store and asking a lot of questions when I was considering the blackberry.  I told the guy that I was kind of rough on my electronics and needed something durable.  He took his blackberry out of his pocket and threw it across the room.  No problem.  Obviously it made an impression and 6 months later I have no regrets.
