OK so I'm not the most physically fit person around. Everyone thinks I am because I'm tall and slender, but the truth is waking up in the morning has gotten to be very painful,  and 2 Arthritis pills before I even get my first cup of coffee.

I love Yoga I was first introduced to it and the correct way of doing it, a year ago after trying to do it myself with a DVD. I love the whole atmosphere of it as well as the relaxation that I found practicing it. So it is my hope that the YMCA  will help me get into a fitness stretching routine to help me strengthen my physical being, distress myself, and give my family and I a great place to be together.

The Augusta YMCA is celebrating 150 years and for everyone that join in November you get to join for $1 per day of the month it is instead of the normal $100.00.   So today I joined my family for $1 sign up and the normal $65 monthly fee for a two adult family (to include 4 children).  If you join on the 8^th of the month it is only $8 instead if $100, with the normal family fee, be it a 1 adult family $55 or 2 adult family $65.
