Well since the last post, there have been some great things going on. First I wasn't able to make it to either of the big REO conferences (5 Star & REOMAC), and I was really bummed about that. However During the time that 5 star was going on, I picked up two new clients!!!! Guess how I got them both................yeah that's right.......BPO's!!!! One called me and gave me a re-assign on a property that I had did the BPO on over six months ago. I'm the third REO agent on the property. Not only did I get the reassign, but the also gave me an 80.000 dollar price reduction (from 199,900 to 119,900) to my suggested list price for immediate liquidation. We go ten offers in 4 days and it's under escrow now for 20k over list. The other client called me the very next day and gave me a property. I've been attempting to work with they particular client for the longest. At the end of the conversation, the asset manager told me to keep turning out quality BPO's and I'll keep getting assignments from them.

Never underestimate the power of doing quality BPO work. I churn out more that a hundred BPO's per month and I'm getting ready to turn that up by bringing on some help, but quality is always the main focus. You can't just throw numbers onto a form and submit. It needs to be quality and on time.

Congratulations! It certainly makes it worth pumping out those BPO's!

You do over 100 BPOs without help? You must be a BPO machine! Great anecdote. It's good to see hard work pay off. Aloha Julie
