Neal - Very nice presentation...love the charts but where's the link for the automatic value check?

Hi Neal, That was nicely presented and very clear. I am sure any consumer would be delighted to open the post and utilize the information.

That is a LOT of inventory. NOW...you can look at that as a good thing or bad thing. In my opinion...that just means that there is a whole lot from which to choose. I bet the prices are right now also. Go sell some homes, Neal!! GBU!

We have tons (years) of inventory here in the mountains of WNC and, like you, I put it all out there on my AR blog and my own main blog.

That's a lot of condos!! This is a wake up call for many sellers that don't realize the supply of homes on the Market.

Neal as always a great job on putting together a market report that is easy to read and follow even for a simple mind like mine :)

Yeah, if you look at the cup as half full, well in this case it is full and running over (LOL!)--you have a lot to work with.

Our numbers dropped a bit for properties available but not a large chunk. closed sales are still floundering but appear to be a bit better as well.
