Realtor Newsletters! And BPO Update

By
Education & Training

Is there anyone out there who is doing a newsletter on a consistant basis?  I'm considering starting a newsletter, publishing once per month and a max of 4 pages.  I read alot that it's a great idea, but I rarely see one.  I think I can come up with content without any problems, but send me an example of your work or email me.

BPO Update!  No work yet.  Signed up for 20 vendors, but not one order.  I get orders from Protek, but someone must sit on their e-mail and captures the order before I can blink.  I'll keep trying.

Many agents I that have seen with newsletters are the ones in the advertisements for the newsletter services.

I've been using eNewsletterSolutions for about a year with good response. I can add my own articles, if I have time, to their prewritten content. Worth checking out. Mark

Hey there Robert,

As far as not being able to snatch up any BPO with Proteck, they have a delayed email notification system. So, many times by the time you log in to respond to an email blast letting you know about there being a new BPO order available, it will have been accepted by another BPO agent or broker. They probably accepted it awhile before you even got the email notification. That can be pretty frustrating. LandAm is notorious for doing this too! Plus, the aggravating thing is that Proteck will send out the email to people even though it is no longer available.

I am not sure you are aware of this but you can log into this site throughout the day and find work just sitting in the queue. This is one of the ways that people snag more BPO orders. Plus, many companies have a "Find More Work, Get More Orders," button on their site. I'd recommend that you set up a few times each day to hunt for more work this way.

Some of the companies that come to mind that have this feature available are:

EML,

LANDAM,

COUNTRYWIDE,

HAM

Hope this helps!

Warmly,
