I've been an active member of EnergizedSeller since the beginning of this year and have had the pleasure and opportunity to assist sellers around the country with some questions they posed regarding how to prepare their homes to sell.

EnergizedSeller is a website for dedicated Home Sellers and Real Estate Professionals to connect to one another.

We can now add your own logo on the site
Starting next week we'll be advertising on The Dave Ramsey Show.

We're launching some of our other marketing campaigns
Despite little marketing, we are receiving thousands of hits a
month and traffic is increasing daily
We now have ID tags and widgets that can be placed on your web
page to help promote you as a contributor to the site. Log in and go
to the professional member are to learn more.

Also, here are a few of the most recent unanswered questions. Do you think you have good answers? I'm sure you do. If you haven't already, try answering a couple of questions and see how easy it really is.

Wow. What AWESOME comments!! Thanks Karen and others who have been so supportive. This is just one more reason why I like being in the business we're all in - we genuinely help people and everyone, for the most part, is extremely nice.

BTW, here's a post I just put on AR about improving a home for the buyer/husband (I posted it once before in the REALTOR blog but not on my own AR blog by mistake). It is from my own experience and is something I'll consider for every future home.

Encourage Your Sellers To Get Through To Hard Headed Husbands!!
