It's amazing what strangers can find out about you, on the internet!

Did you know ... A perfect stranger can look you up online, see your address, birth date, past addresses, and even see a photo of your home, down to the detail of your child's play set out in the back yard? Alarmed yet? You should be.

Take a look at this website: www.zabasearch.com. Simply plug your name in, and you are likely to be surprised, and probably a bit distressed to see all the information that is readily available online.

So how can you get removed from the ZabaSearch site? You can "opt out" by sending an email to info@zabasearch.com. The email request must contain your full name, date of birth, address, telephone number and list of records to be removed (i.e. if multiple addresses are listed, list each address). Do yourself a favor, and take just a minute right now to get yourself removed from this list - then tell your friends and family as well.

wow...that's crazy. I just searched mine. Down to my old street address. Thanks for sharing the info.

I did mine and it was right on the money....I did a few friends and there was about a 10% correct ratio....

Interesting though.

I love Zaba Search....

Every time I receivea missed phone call on my cell phone, I put the number into Zaba Search and 2 out of three times I can find out the name, address and phone number of the person that called me....

Even on unlisted numbers, I can usually find out that information.

I also use it on phone call I receive in which I didn't get the name (or more likely, forgot) of the person calling and I was too embarrassed to ask them for it again....

The Zaba search on my name show my address from Nashville, Tn, where I move from 17 years ago..

As for privacy concerns--- welcome to the 21st Century---- what Zaba Search contains is mild in comparison to what else I can find on a person (including you, I would bet) thorugh websites that I know of and use all the time.

Thank you Tina, and I'll leave Paul to the Orwellian world of Zaba. Not that I won't use it on unknown phone numbers now...
