There is a tremendous opportunity to make money buying and selling residential real estate in Corsicana and Navarro County.  House values in Corsicana are under appreciated when comparing Corsicana to other rural markets around Texas.  When looking at research for Corsicana I have noticed very few homes in the 100k to 250k value that have been remodeled correctly.  I viewed three homes today that would absolutley sell if the correct updating were to happen.  Looking at Corsicana from my perspective as an investor seems very appealing.  I think there is a great potential with the right plan of action.  Partnering and working with some of the most successful real estate investors in Texas, I have learned that to be successful when selling a home it all depends on the price you buy the home, and what quality goes back into the home before you sell. I see so many investors or homeowners that make the wrong choices when updating.  This only leads to a loss of money and not selling at all. The last step in the process is marketing the home correctly.  It doesn't matter what kind of market you are in, buyers or sellers.  If you have done these steps correctly you will successfully sell your home and turn a profit.  The first two questions you should think about when hiring a Realtor is......."How many personal homes have you sold and made a profit?"  and "How many clients have you sold homes for and your client made a profit?".  The worst financial mistake people make when buying a home is hiring someone that will just show them homes.  Hire a Realtor that will not only show you the homes you want to see, but also hire the person that has the successful experience of turning a profit in Real Estate. Corsicana Real Estate, Navarro County Real Estate, Ennis Real Estate and Richland Chambers are all areas of opportunity.
