I Love A Parade And So Does Lake Ridge Virginia

Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Executives

Lake Ridge has approximately 7,700 property units, to include: single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, two apartment complexes, and several commercial properties.  It is as large as thousands of small towns in the United States although it is not an incorporated town - it is a Prince William County, Virginia subdivision

However, it has all the activities of "Smalltown America" which includes parades. That is one of the reasons it is popular with everyone - military and civilian.

  • 10:00 AM
  • Starting at Old Bridge and Mohican to Old Bridge and Smoketown

We live in and love Lake Ridge.  If you are planning a home purchase please use our

                                                        LAKE RIDGE HOME FINDER

and then contact Karen and Art by Email or call us at 703-562-1532.  Put our  record of customer service, real estate experience and state-of-the-art technology to work for you in Alexandria, Arlington County, Fairfax County, Prince William County, Stafford County or the entire Northern Virginia Area.

The pictures below were taken at last year's parade, but I'll be along the parade route with my camera - see you there!!!

Karen, Those are nice pictures. Hope you have good weather. We had a great parade on Friday to celebrate Phillies Championship in the World Series. I watched it on TV .

Gita,  I'm sure Phillies were excited about the first win in a long time.  I hop we have good weather, too for our Santa parade

Karen; I love those photo collages you do.  And seeing all the useful (packed in there) info you have on your area has sparked my imagination for my area also. :)

Eileen,  The photos are our automatic camera - we just snap away.  We do enjoy editing and building collages.  Others have followed our lead - I believe we were one of the first to use collages and maps  Karen
