I had sent some listings via Home Search By Email for an associate of mine, and I knew it was difficult for both her and her husband to look at a condo in which she expressed an intrest. Instead of making her wait to see it on the weekend, I did a live preview of the exterior & interior of the property, walked them through just as if they were with me, and post it on the web.
