Many
people think that
foreclosures are all the same when in fact each property is quite
different. In reality there is a major difference between a house
that is going into foreclosure and a foreclosed listing.
Foreclosure is
actually a lengthy process and can sometimes take well over a year
before the property comes back onto the market. There can be many
reasons why a property goes into foreclosure and the best thing that
we as a community can do is to prevent foreclosures from happening in
the first place. The next best thing we can do is to purchase these
properties and take them off the market as soon as possible.
Working
with an Agent
who knows the process of foreclosure inside and out is vital. Come
work with a Real Estate Agent and Realtor who uses all the tools and
technology available to make sure that you are ahead of the
competition when it comes to foreclosures.

I saw your blog posting about foreclosed and foreclosing properties. We offer a great tool to help you in competitive REO listings. www.foreclosurefeedback.com . The Asset manager's can login and see all of the feedback on their REO properties, see what you are doing to market them and print reports to document the need for price reductions. Call in to sign up instead of online and tell them Rick said to give you the first 90 days for free to try it out at 858-270-1055 ext 113. If your competition doesn't offer this, you will definitely have a leg up on them.
