We have recently changed our process of providing Notice of Default and Notice of Trustee's Sale information.  Once a week we will be e-mailing a list of NODs/NOTs to anyone who wishes to be added to our distribution list.  The data will be provided in PDF and Excel format.  Additionally, we are now offering REO farms (more information provided below).

Approximately 500 homes go into foreclosure each day in California and most of the owners will only contact ONE real estate agent for assistance.  To help ensure that their one agent is you, you need to consistently contact distressed homeowners with helpful and relevent information.  North American Title Company is here to help you get started and keep you going!
