I VOTED Today!    Just for FUN... if you Voted... leave a comment!

You may say who you voted for or anything you feel like saying.

I just thought it would be fun to see how many ActiveRain Members voted in this election.

They say before & after work will be the busiest time...

so if you can go mid day your wait may be shorter.

I live in a small town in Tennessee... we never have a wait except to talk.

If you voted early... I want to hear from you too.

If you know anyone that is older or may not have transportation... ask if you could give them a ride.

We had a News report that said many older Americans wanted to vote but did not have a ride.

VOTE THIS ELECTIONS!

THANK YOU FOR LEAVING A COMMENT AND I hope you have a great day!

Hi Brenda,  I found out that I was booked to be the site manager for the Fort Myers Beach sand sculpting contest from Nov 4-9 so I voted last Saturday.  i wrote a post on it because I really felt honored to be part of this process.  Seems like most folks have made up their mind and just want it over !

I voted early last Wednesday here in Kingwood TX.  The wait was only about 30 minutes right before lunch time.  I would have waited hours if necessary.  Voting is such a priviledge so thank you for challenging the AR community to post whether or not they voted.

I voted already via absentee ballot!

Signed sealed and delivered!

Brenda - I voted absentee. Always have voted and always will.  I believe there will be a record turnout in California due to one of the propositions here.

Thanks for Voting!Steve: Where are you? I too work mostly with retired military and active duty... I am just out side Ft. Campbell, KY. I think of all my customers who have served in the Military. I have had two that lost their lives while we were getting their financing approved. I still think about them daily... So any time you want to mention our brave soldiers... go for it on my posts! Brenda :)

Both Ceil and I voted early over here in Texas. Very well organized and in and out within fifteen minutes. We are blessed to live in such a great country and have the privilege to cast our vote. I do believe the campaign has been way too long.

Hi Brenda, We voted! When were younger we didn't see the value but we always vote now and believe it's our responsibility as American citizens to do so. This the the first time for early voting. I always enjoyed being part of the first Tuesday event but we heard the lines would be really long. It's great that so many more people will be exercising their right and responsibility this time.

Robin: I too did not vote when I was younger... but now (for many years now) I vote every election. I use to think what could one vote matter... but that one vote really adds up. I hope more young people get out to vote too! It is good to so many people voting...Thanks again Brenda :)

I voted by absentee ballot several days ago.  We had 14 state constituional amendments to vote on and they were lenghty.  The voting lines on the 4th will be very long while people read through them.  Glad I voted in advance.

Brenda I'm with you...not sure which Pic's we can use and which one's we can't use. Dale gave me a free site one time but I can't remember where I put it and if he gave it to be again I probably would lose it again. I go to some place called Flickr, I think they are free, at least I hope so and Ido get clipart from Microsoft.

Hi Brenda, I'm a little late to the party, but I voted!  It was easy, maybe 5 minutes in line was all.

A tip:  $29.95 buys a one year subscription to Iclipart.com where you have unlimited access to many, many photos, clip art and stuff you can freely use.  I have found it to be well worth it!

Absolutely, I voted.  I always do and most always unless I'm going to be out of town I vote the day of the election.  I like seeing the other people and it actually makes me feel more apart of the event.  I also take the time to think about our country, the great responsibility of voting and the hope for what my vote means.  Then when the election is over, I love to see what my precinct and  County results are.

Thanks for asking.

Hi Brenda - Nevada has early voting and I always take advantage of it. With about 2 million people in the Las Vegas valley, the last place I want to be is in a long, long line on election day. Instead, I was able to vote early at a library close to my office and it took less than ten minutes!

Thanks for Voting!John: Hi... Thank you so much for stopping by to leave me a comment. I am very surprised how many people vote early... It sounds like a really smart way to vote... being in a small community it does not really matter but I can not imagine 2 million people in line on the same day. Thanks again and have a great day! Brenda :)
