Hi Gary - Thanks for dropping in and commenting, always appreciated. I don't get many comments on these markets reports, which I prepare every 6-8 weeks, but I do get a lot of click throughs. It's enough to know that those interested in the area are finding me through the reports. Doing good, thanks for asking, trying to negotiate a short-sale contract which had 4 offers on the same day. Other than that I'm big smiling :-)

Hi Debbie - you must have clicked through to a previous listing which sold...if so...it was a fabulous house and sold for far less than the owner's would have liked.
