Do green homes have to cost a lot more money than regular homes? No says Green Built home expert Bob Sluys. Bob says that it starts with a social awareness which this and the upcoming generations seem to possess.
Wait a minute....who cares about "Green" right now....we just want the economy to get back to half way normal. "Ah" says Sluys in his interview...This slow down period may be the perfect time to get your eco or green certification. Once we get back to a more stable government and financial outlook understand that Green will be the talk of the nation. Green cars, green appliances, green houses. It will be the social duty of the American home buyer in just a few short years, says Sluys.
Bob has build a website where the consumer can searh for only green homes and he talks about it currently being the only site like it in the country....Hard for me to believe but I guess it's possible.
