It does take work, knowledge and experience to produce a sale in today's challenging market, both from the Realtor(R) and Sellers' sides of the equation. I am proud to share with you that another Seller have successfully sold their property and moved on with their lives. It took me years to slowly perfecting my systematic market approach to produce shorter and shorter days on the market for Sellers. This last sale, closed on Halloween 2008 took 12 days and that in itself was because it took several days to negotiate out multiple offers on the property and produce the highest and best offer for my Sellers. During the "pending" period, I continue to receive phone calls from other realtors(R) about the status of the transaction because they too, had interested buyers for the property.
The success of this sale (short and sweet) had to do with staging the property and the Sellers taking my recommendations in adding some special must-have features for the property.

Not all Stagers, just like not all Realtors(R) are the same. You want to work with someone who truly understands how to showcase the best qualities of your home.
