Many buying customers are looking to short sales and foreclosures.

Many customers are looking for distressed builders, looking to buy out a whole project here in Florida.

My customers (2 of them ) want multiples...such as 100 to 400 property complexes.  They are willing to buy the whole package.

One wants to buy apartment complexes to convert to condos for reason's I cannot discuss here.

The other wants to buy condos in bulk in distressed situations where there are a few (10 minimum) left...to help out the builder.

If you know of distressed situations in South Florida, please let me know. I have two qualified buyers who have two different idea's on their purchases.

Oh, and please, as I am total Republican, do pray for Senator Obama in the loss of his Grandmother today...While I am voting for McCain, I still do feel for Obama and the loss of his Grandmother.  After all I'm a humanitarian and while politics is so, the human entitiy is important as well.

Karen~Congrats on the investor clients. I have a property in Lake Mary Florida...Five custom lots, one house is complete. Property was appraised in October for $1.3M, and will be worth $3-$4M when remaining houses are sold. Can probably be purchased as a short sale for less than $1.5M (50% of anticipated value upon completion). Check it out at my Blog...

I agree with you.  Grandma seems like a huge influence on his life.  The loss is always rough.  I hope he loses the election, but I'm sorry for the loss of one of his life mentors.  That's so tough.
