Hi Karen...a Friend found it online and emailed it to me. The Video says it was Recorded: 15 September 2006 Location: Netherlands. I'm think that's when it was uploaded.

I knew it would be a hit here and passed it along.

Fred: The second video was equally great. It was recorded at the French Market... located at "the foot of the French Quarter" in New Orleans... in 1986. Just awesome. The credits also said it was an HBO presentation, so I wonder if there is a full HBO video available on this. I will check it out and see. And Fred... thanks again.
