Thanks Don - yes it is incredible and that porch literally wraps around 3 sides and at the back of the home is an enclosed 4-season, sun-room w/ a little bar all set up. It's a home perfect for entertaining large family and friend get togethers.

We just had a casual new years eve get together there and it was wonderful. I even learned how to play pictionary and thought it was alot of fun. The sunken living room leads out onto the sun-room and the guests drifted from the sun-room to socializing around the gorgeous new kitchen - sampling delicious food and mingling. As the Pictionary game got going ... everyone gravitated to surrounding us and laughing as we tried to draw a picture for "Insulation" ---- THAT was a challenge :).

Debra - yep - the porch truly tops off the curb appeal for this property. These folks did such a wonderful job on the gourmet kitchen ... Granite Counter Tops, blended with stark white and medium color stained catbinetry and the one wall is perfect for setting up dishes of goodies. The lighting and the atmosphere in this property is just outstanding and the person/persons or family that purchase it will inherite that vibe.

Anyway ... you can tell I really love this property and look forward to welcoming the new owners home!
