Broker Bryant...
Do I really have to call you that? I understand it's a recruiting post but pah leeze I am never that respectful and it sounds phony coming from me. I ain't no phony Blog Boy :)
P.S. What would a Blog Boy do if a TLW hijacked this post? :)
Goodness. I need to do the same thing. I was thinking about it today when I spent 30 minutes looking for an agent for a buyer coming to town Saturday.
I REALLY need someone in Southern Maryland. There are problems, though, finding agents that can work with my advertising.
One of my broker partners agreed to come home from his Florida vacation 2 days early this week to help out. I lost one buyer in Southern MD because I couldn't find anyone.
Got to do something. I keep running into problems with referral agents. That dang transaction fee is a big barrier with some brokers. I also advertise a FREE home warranty but that turns out to be a problem too.
I'm getting so desparate, I just may start hiring agents again. GEEZ!!
I live closer than some of these folks, but alas, not quite close enough! I imagine working with you would be not only lots of fun, but a huge professional opportunity. Best wishes! I hope TLW is gaining strength and has that booger fallen off her toe yet?
HMMM has anyone filled in an application yet? You know Realtors are not the smartest lot and since this is a public post what happens if they don't watch the video? Sounds to me like you could have a few new employees...hope there is room in the pool:)
Well good morning everyone. OK for those who are not in Florida.......stay tuned. 2009 WILL be bringing some nationwide opportunity.
Lenn, I'm hiring for the same reason. I have waaaaaay to many leads. I've been out showing properties every day and I do NOT like it one bit. I don;t know how folks keep up when you have to spend hours a day riding around looking at properties!!! In the meantime I have a stack of short sales that need negotiating.
Bill, This post IS for real. I am looking to hire as many agents as I can.
WooHoo, I was actually thinking that TLW and I just need to to move to Hawaii!!
Larry, We had fun making that video. Glad you enjoyed it.
Come on down Missy!!!
You too Laurie!!!
Neal, That sounds like a peeing contest :) I'll see you this weekend!!
Ann, TLW is feeling better but still has the toe booger :)
Hi Monika, I guess we'll finally get a chance to meet on Saturday. We are really looking forward to it!!!
Petra, I would LOVE to be going to Germany!! I haven't had a vacation in almost 10 years!!!
Terry, TLW says I give out way too much info for free on here. But hey....it's what I enjoy doing. You are right that the "virtual office" can be scary if you are not used to working that way. I've been doing it for over 10 years and couldn't imagine working differently.
Thanks Susie!!! Florida is great this time of year!!!
OK so I guess AR is really screwed up this morning. BUMMER!!! It's been a long time since I actually responded to every comment and when I do BAM!!!!! I broke the system :)
CONGRATS on the company growing beyond little ole you and TLW. But, can I suggest you don't show any potential agents your Bertha videos before they are hired, they may run for the hills.
Well BB...this certainly has to be one of the most creative help wanted ads I've ever seen. DARNIT...I wish I lived closer. I think you and I would make a great team. Whatcha think? Would ya hire me? Come to think of it...that may be a little TOO MUCH creativity in the same room. One thing is for sure...we'd make a lot of money and have fun doing it. I LOVE IT!
BTW...THANK YOU so much for your prayers for my baby girl. I REALLY appreciate it. It sounds like TLW is feeling much better. I'm so happy for that. GBU both!!
A broker who gets to take all day every Sunday off? How do you do that? I think I live too close to my office. I rarely get to have a day off. I usually have to LEAVE TOWN!
WOW! What an opportunity to work for BB! I wish you the best to find the strongest agents to help you grow your business even more. Being "in the field" is not fun when you have leads streaming in to be tended to immediately.
