I had a lady ask me over the weekend "Aren't things horrible right now?"
My response: No, things are great!
Her: Well, aren't mortgages really hard to get & the economy is bad & everything??
Me: No, as a buyer with decent credit & a job you can still obtain a mortgage with a really good rate & the current housing market gives you the buyer a great opportunity to get a really good deal on a house!
Her: Oh...I guess if you put it that way things aren't so bad!
Moral of the story: The glass is half full...It's all in how you look at a situation!!
