Today I finally got the phone call I have been waiting for.
I was handed 2 listings, by my office manager Jay Gardiner, to handle for our clients Advantage Financial Group.
2 listings! Can you believe that?! He actually said that he may have more for me by the end of the week!
Because of Active Rain... and Jeff's coaching, I have gained the confidence I was searching for in this 
industry. This forum was the platform that lent me the cumulative knowledge and experiences of a over 25,000 real estate professionals and associates!
By the way... I also received a contact from a buyer searching for a home who found me as a result of my content on Localism!
That is huge! I have the ability to attract BUYERS in this difficult market as a result of marketing myself on both my local page Living in Plainfield, Active Rain and Localism?! You better believe it.
Jeff wrote a post not too long ago about a phrase he coined called YEO. You Engaging Others.
It's as simple as that.
Rather than focusing on SEO; if you focus on how YOU can ENGAGE OTHERS... you become a magnet!
