HUD, in June of 1976, began regulating how manufactured homes would be built.  Previously, it was every manufacturer for themselves and some homes were great and some, not so much.

All post 6/76 homes have minimum wind speed restrictions and several other requirements.  Through the years, and especially after hurricane Andrew, the FHA has found ways to make these homes extremely safe.

Yes, I think regulations for  manufactured homes is't very IMPORTANT

It's very GOOD that the FHA has found ways to make these homes extremely safe especially in hurricane aras like Florida.

We have to do the same regulations for Riviera Maya . Mexico
