Irina, good for you! I didn't know what being Posh'd meant either, but it noticed above their logo the statement, "Real Estate Sites That Don't Suck". Way to go!

Thanks all! I updated the post with the info on what the Posh'd site is about But, as Michael said, it's good to know that my real estate suck doesn't suck! :-)
