A look at the multiple listing service this morning showed that there are 2 homes on the market at Knox Court Condos . Both are one bedroom units and they are priced under $200,000.

There are 2 homes on the market in Heritge Creek. One is priced under $400,000 and the other is in $420s.

Heritage Creek and Knox Court have great amenities and a Clubhouse . It is like resort living year round. They have Indoor and Outdoor swimming pools. You can participate in all kinds of activities.

One home is under contract in Heritage Creek. It was on the market for 165 days.

There were 14 homes that sold in 55plus communities in Warwick since January 2008.

They were on the market for an average of 73 days. The lowest price was $177,000 for a condo in Knox Court and Highest was $500,000 for a house in Heritage Creek. Both the developments share the same club house.

There was two sales in Yorktown Community. One sold for $330,000 and one sold for $387,000.

There were 4 sales at Knox Court and 8 at Heritage Creek.
