New Elk Grove Homeowner
Elk Grove Real Estate Market stats are ready for October 2008.
On Friday, I added a sold home to the list for Elk Grove. A family of First Time Home Buyers received their keys on Friday morning in Elk Grove. Just in time for Halloween!
This was a bank-owned, foreclosed home that was perfect for this family of six. They are thrilled to be in their new Elk Grove home where the kids can each have their own room and loads of space. And what a fantastic backyard they now have. Saturday was their official move all the "stuff" day and their first night as new homeowners. Here's a BIG shout out to the Warson Family.
