Your Next Marketing Idea....an email!

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Dreamlines

I am very excited to share my newest and extremely affordable marketing endeavor. I just signed up for www.ConstantContact.com where I can import my contacts in minutes and create amazing emails.  When someone opens their email it is right there-colorful and bright! I am able to keep an eye on 'who opted out', 'bounce back emails', 'who forwarded the email on' and so much more.  I am so excited about this, because the emails are so easy to create.  Also, I can include my business website, my active rain profile, and so much more.  Below is one of the emails I sent out. It didn't copy with the full color or font styles, but it will give you an idea.  They have a trial period for free - full usage!

Creating it was so much fun!!!  Enjoy!

Selling Your Home Website

You have created a new space for them and they are extremely pleased, but what if there was one key element  that would make them say, "Really?  Our own website?  Amazing!".

Why Am I Giving Away Free Advertising Spots?
You would be driving traffic to my website and allowing sellers to see our Selling Your Home Website.

 Hello-
I have attempted to contact you via personal email and by leaving a voice mail.  I know that you are super busy with life, career, family, and everything in between. So I thought sending this out would allow you to see a bit more of what I have to offer you. I realize that you have very few places to really market your service.
Allow me to assist you in promoting your business for free.

Contact me to discuss your needs and my services in detail or just email me your contact information that you would like included on the resource page.  Just place this information on your website:  "Need a little extra something?  Can you afford not to have everyone see your home? Check out Dreamlines LLC, at www.StagingInStLouis.com, for an affordable website for your home." If your space is limited www.StagingInStLouis.com will be acceptable.

  Sincerely,
Nikki Gentry

This is a pretty good idea, but I wonder how effective bulk emails have become in today's day and age.  I would have to check out all that it could do, and how much it would cost.  I know a lot of people, including myself, opt out of these kinds of emails, unless I know the person sending the message, and like what they are sending.
