You may ask why on earth I felt the need to quote the Zombies on a real estate blog. Well you can ask, and the answer lies in the next lines of the song...

No, I'm not rich. But I wanted to make a point.

 

In this economy, while buyers and sellers for the most part are scared out of their wits, there are still those who are gaining wealth by making smart investments. These intelligent investments include, you guessed it, REAL ESTATE.

You've heard the old saying that "one man's trash is another man's treasure." Smart investors are buying NOW, right now, today. Not tomorrow, not next week, not next month, not waiting until after the election, not waiting until after the new year. TODAY.

If ever there is a time to buy invest, it is now. Consider that most buyers are scared, on the fence, waiting on the economy to improve. Sellers are panicing. Think about it. When would be a BETTER time to buy? This is when deals are found. If only the stock market were as simple as what most believe to be "buy low, sell high." It's much more black and white in the real estate marketplace.
