She found a local agent copied her text exactly. And he isn't even an exclusive buyer agent!
Look at this: http://www.justrealestate.org/usa/tennessee/johnsoncity/
At the bottom you will see number 12 which is Janine.
Below it is Leon Humphrey's site copied directly from Janine.
Crazier yet, his site is called "anameyoucantrust.com"
So not only is he
1. Copying someone else word for word.
2. Claiming he offers "exclusive buyer representation" which is an effort to mis-lead home buying consumers.
and
3. His company name is "a name you can trust".

That is so frustrating! Not only do they put on the disguise of the buyers agent, they steal from them too! Behavior like this is just another mark on their untrustworthy tab. NEVER trust the biggest investment of your life with someone who sees this fake behavior as acceptable.
