The total # of homes for sale is 349 as compared to 391 last month, which reflects single family homes only. And 54 homes have sold or are under contract as compared to 51 homes last month. Avg. price of a home in the Black Hills is $193,885 as compared to $173,855 last month with an average of 81 days on the market as compared to 82 last month. Sellers have been receiving 97.83% of their asking price as compared to 96.74% last month.
