One quick Question

By
Real Estate Agent with RON NEFF REAL LIVING

I have been doing bpo's for RRReview for a while now.  They called me the other night to do my first interior bpo.  I asked the lady if there was any chance of me getting this as an REO.  She said its a possibility.  However, I had to contact another agent that has already had the property rekeyed.  So do I even stand a chance because she has already rekeyed?  Are they just wanting me to do a 2nd opinion for list price?

Okay sorry that wasn't so quick and it wasn't one question.

I was just really excited when she said "possibly"

I'd do the BPO, bill them and move on.  I suppose it is possible that I will grow a tail before tomorrow morning, but I doubt it.

If the other agent re-keyed, that means they were given the assignment already. They are using your BPO as a second opinion. Do it anyway and knock it out of the park with detail comments and pictures and stay in touch with the Asset manager

Hello Leslie,

You wont get the REO as RRReview only assign BPO's not REO's. They only pay $40.00 for exterior so I suggest move to the next company if you are lokking for REO's you wont find any there. Good Luck!

Hey guys...it came up on the MLS today..the other agent got it.

Miguel,  thanks for the tip.

Does anyone know what companys actually assign?  I have signed up with a lot of companies such as wells fargo but they say they aren't taking in any new agents at this time in my area.  I am also signed up with PROTK, they did shoot a BPO my way but I missed it.  Also do BPO's with Finiti but they already told me that they don't assign REO's.  I have also signed up with Goodmandean etc, etc.  I am thinking that theres got to be a company that assigns REO'S for Ohio.

Thanks

Leslie

Hello Leslie,

Protk does not assign REO's but they do asssign lots of BPO's Good company to work for. Goodman Dean assign REO's I get REO's from them Good company. Here is a tip for you do a search on the MLS for REO's then contact the agents that have the REO and ask them to send you the addendum on the addendum some times has the outsource company contact info then just sign in with that company because remember that not all banks have REO's in your area so you need to look for the banks that have the REO's or the outsource companies that have more assigments. Good luck!
