Active Listings, as of November 6, 2008 and Sold Data from October 1, 2008 to October 31, 2008. Months supply is the number of active listings divided by the number of sold listings for the month.
Douglas County had 446 attached and detached homes sold in October 2008 compared with 510 in 2007, which is down 13%. As of November 6, 2008, there were 3,613 active homes for sale, which is 8.1 months supply of homes.
