I view my life as a journey to be enjoyed and appreciated and I create an atmosphere of fun and happiness so all around me enjoy it as well.
Hey...if it's boring, stress-filled or cancerous, then WTF? Where's The Fun?!?! "Work" should be a means to an end. Do you know what your "end" is? Do you, as Covey says, work "with the end in mind"? (BTW, I'm not talking about death as the end...I'm talking about building a life that you can enjoy...what does that look like to you?)
Consider that you have a choice in how you feel...your mood...your mental frame of mind. Who's going to knowingly select misery, anger or depression over FUN? Think about it like this. Life is an illusion. It is what we make it. So why not create an illusion we LOVE! I'm in the middle of Rules for Renegades by Christine Comaford-Lynch...she inspired the "life is an illusion" thought. Give it a try! And remember WTF!
