Absolute Auction in Youngstown, OH

On May 23 at 1:07pm, Gryphon Realty & Auction, in conjunction with Rasmus Asset Advisors of Alexandria, Virginia, will sell A-Plus Family Bowl at Absloute Auction.

This is a fully outfitted 24 lane bowling alley with kitchen, bar, party room and unfinished basement on 1.63 +/- acres. Physical location is 2617 Mahoning Ave., Youngstown, OH 44509.

Brokers are welcome and co-op will be offered. Online Bidding is also available if you can't make the live event.

Auction Gang - Not only is this going to be a great auction, this is a wonderful example of NAA auctioneers working together. I was introduced to Chris Rasmus 10 years ago by my mentor, Tim Dudley. Chris works all over the US and calls from time to time for help in the state or to ask my advice on legal sales. In turn, I am able to call him when I have questions on equipment or online selling. He is at the cutting edge when it comes to online auctions of equipment. He has already given me some excellent new ideas about selling real estate with online bidding and I am extremely excited to impliment them. I have sold online before, but Chris did over 400 online only deals last year. Wow.

As soon as this auction is completed, I think there will be a very interesting story to tell. I will definately post results.
