Listing Router..... a great deal

By
Real Estate Agent with Florida Homes Realty & Mortgage

Okay so after a year or two of allowing people to suck money out of my pocket for pay per click and so called lead generation services, my wife and I decided to stop the bleeding by applying a tightly wrapped tourniquet and STOP using such services. We found out the hard way that most of these companies offering such services will promise you the world, stick you into a lengthy contract and rarely deliver.

When listing router was recently introduced we saw the potential ( or we thought we saw potential ) and figured we would give it a try. What's to lose anyway....I can stop this service at any time with a few clicks of a mouse and well,     heck...they are offering it FREE until November 11th.

We'll in checking my stats after a week of use I see that if I was actually paying I would have a bill to Active Rain for $13.23.

GOOD NEWS! I have credit for .12 cents

Lets do the math here...... ummm yes...this is a good deal!  A fantastic deal! For the folks at Active Rain!

Am I I expecting too much? Have I not given it enough time? Should I give it a little longer?

Has any one out there using this service gotten results yet?????

Now you're scaring me.  I've never tried anything like this before.  I will hang in there with the listing router for a little while but will watch it very carefully.  I have high hopes for it.  We'll see.

Take care.

Thanks for reminding me I need to finish setting my router up. You certainly need to give it more time. Any new marketing plan needs to be given at least 6 months. Any thing less than this is just a waste of money. At least that's my opinion. :)

I have had to tighten up my expenses as well.  I have not tried it for that reason.  I am interested in seeing what other comments you get.

I just wish it had a lower limit than $50. And I am still not clear as to what timeframe that covers. Hope it's not $50 per day. Yikes!
