BPO's are they worth IT?

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty

Does this look like where you do BPO's,  was the drive worth the fee?  Sometimes I wonder, maybe they will give me a listing?  Do you drive around and do these long distance BPO's,  do you get paid for them and how much do they pay you.

How do you feel about BPO's is $40 or $50 enough, some compaines ask for you to do them for free for a promise of later business, how do you feel about that?

I finished my 11 BPO this week, all for free.  But they send me about 1 listing assignment weekly,  So in the long term it will be worth is,  but now it's a lot of work?

Who has the best relationships and which AM's help you get listing?  Maybe we need to reply off line so all our local friends won't steal/borrow our ideas?

Not worth it, if you ask me.  However, did you say you do BPOs and the bank gives you listings?  That is incredible.  How many listings have you gotten for your 11 BPOs?

Hey Brien,  I'm at about 35 BPO now and 4 total listings, one that I already closed on.  In about 3 months.

Gary,

Good for you.  I am glad you are having that kind of sucess with BPOs.  However, it is clear from what I read here on AR that you are one of the few exceptions.  Fortunately, I was able to ratify three contracts last week and wrote two others this week.
