Singers Brook

Singers Brook is a subdivision of single family homes that was started in 2006. The subdivision is located on the North side of the Souhegan River off of Homestead Circle. It features 10 house lots serviced by underground utilities. Several of the lots feature nice views toward the Souhegan River. Homes built so far have been custom homes with varied styles.
