Arina, what a beautiful setting despite the foreclosure situation which should afford some a great buying opportunity.

Arina, I like this post not so much for the info, but that it underscores the fact that there are some great bargains out there for the just about anyone. When times are tough and incomes are dorpping and folks are looking for ways to drop their expenses, what better way than to buy a really good home for a really good price?

As is many parts of the nation- especially those that grew so quickly, there are some bargain properties out there. That which will "save" the neighborhoods, such as these, is new owners coming in. I suppose it's our mindset to stay away from bankrupt properties- but when everything else is in tact: good neighbors, beautiful surroundings, and now- low prices ... properties like this one will be a smart move for the home buyer who now has an opportunity to get in on a good thing while prices are still suppressed.
