If you are currently using Market Snapshot, here's a quick little tip and suggestion. In your Market Snapshot control panel you have the ability to enter in zip codes in order to receive leads. If you have Snapshot and you are not taking advantage of this you are missing out on potential business. The zip codes can be entered under the "Area Management" link found under "setup." It is important to note that the leads are evenly distributed to all participating agents.
Here's what you need to do: Login into your Top Producer 8i program and click on the Market Snapshot Control Panel:
Once you have logged in to your Market Snapshot Control Panel, slide your mouse over to the setup tab which will reveal "area management." Click on "area management" and start entering in your local zip codes.
