5 Comments on Make MONEY doing BPO's a FREE LIST part 3
I forgot to add: www.Protk.com I do a lot of work for them. They cut checks about once a month
I did receive a list and instructions from someone on how to get registered with some banks to conduct these BPO's however, after speaking to an agent and she stated that it has taken her about 3-5 hours to do each one. That is really not worth my time. I would rather spend that 3-5 hours speaking to past clients getting referrals and/or calling prospects that I have met at an open house or a class that I teach and get thousands of dollars vs. 50-150 and hoping the banks pays you for your work. I have spoke to agents that have completed a BPO back in July and are still waiting for payment. It's hard for me to put time into something hoping to get paid. I already do that with Short Sales.
Thanks so much for these links. I think that I spent at least an hour last night signing up for the ones from your other blog. I hope that it pans out. BPO are not that time consuming and if you are used to doing cma's often it is not much different and only takes an hour or so.
Thanks again!
I just got notification from Real Law Central that the Appraisal Institute is investigating the legality of BPO's. Personally I think they might be on to something here. A rose by any other name is still a rose.
You are one organized BPO lady! One could make a living off of this list. I have done work for most but there are several here I had not heard of.
