A picture is worth a thousand words. Needham is doing well to spite the country. Homes are selling and vales are steady. Needham is very desirable and always will be because of the schools and convenience to Boston, highways, commuter rail and buses. Needham is close to loads of shopping and more to come in that department in neighboring Dedham, MA We hear a lot the expression " Life is good." Well it Life is Actually Good here in Needham. We have a town that cares in so many ways. There are the best clubs and organizations to help where help is needed here and even around the country. Many of Needham's Citizens got together to raise money for the Katrina victims in Mississippi and some traveled there as well. In 2011 Needham will celebrate it's 300 anniversary and many events are planned for the entire year of 2011 and actual start at the end of 2010. It is amazing to think that our town is reaching that many years. We have a rich history and we celebrate it. At the moment we have 98 single family homes on the market in Needham. Ranging in price from Lowest Price: $359,000 to highest at Highest Price: $3,500,000 . Median Price: $749,900 Average Price: $1,012,597

How is it going in Needham these days, real estate-wise.  Not too shabby.  Needham property is moving along.

Pat, average price over a million dollars..sounds crazy to see that number and consider the market "OK". I was thrilled to get $140,000 for my last sale. But every market is different? Good for you, and for Mass in general.
