Scott - Invest in partnering with a Realtor who generates leads through their blogs and sites.  Consumers prefer "bundled services" provided there is proper disclosure and competitive pricing.  Advocate for each other and build your databases.  We have a service through Virtual Homes that facilitates the process of lead generation, notification, qualifying,  management and shared CRM info.  We haven't expanded into Washington however we could consider it if there was enough interest.
