In October 2008 three homes were sold in Heritage Hills in Lone Tree. Three homes are currently under contract. One of the homes sold is in the Enclave section of Heritage Hills. One of the homes is new construction sale. Amazing numbers though. Very few days on the market and full asking price sale or close to it!
