Neutral and light colours are the best when it comes to selling homes and condos. They make the room look brighter, more spacious and make it easier for buyers to picture their belongings in the room. I recommend to my sellers and anyone that is getting ready to sell their home that they invest in a couple of hundred dollars and paint some of their rooms with neutral colours.
