Are you generating this report on Excel or is it in Paragon or something your office generates?

Great layout of stats!

Rob,

Paragon has the stats under market reports.  The public doesn't have access to it but love the information.  I get asked several times a week about the real estate market.  People love hearing about what's going on.

I'll have to check it out.  We have the antique Paragon (version 1).  The board "might" pass going to the latest version 3 in June or July but won't be able to implement it until November which means the new version we will get will be 4 rather than 3.

Our MLS computer committee thinks they need to do what the majority of the MLS wants so they listen to everyone and vote accordingly rather than to be a forward looking technologically oriented committee that votes to upgrade representing the best future interests of the MLS Realtors.  Pretty backwards in my opinion.  I got invited to one of their meetings to address this issue and got nowhere.

It is kind of like Coldwell Banker McGrew not wanting to share their listings on IDX.  It seems to me like they are not best representing their sellers by intentionally limiting the exposure of their listings to just their own websites.  It makes a great listing presentation selling point!
