How to stop creditor harassment

If you are being unmercifully harassed by creditors you do have options. Under the fair debt collections practices act you have rights. Creditor do not have free reign to do whatever they want. To start you need to send your creditor a cease and desist letter to tell them to not call you anymore. You may also want to speak with an attorney to see what your options are. You do not need to suffer if you cannot pay your bills.
