Yawn!!! My last blog of the day.

These days everyone, but everyone has a website.  Most of them are extremely professional.  The sad reality is the visitor rate on more than 90% of these websites is extremely low.  It's estimated that 80% of home buyers make the internet their first stop when house hunting.  If your website is not located in the top 15 on the search engines it's unlikely it will be seen by any great number of people.  Furthermore, if you're not there already your chances of making the search engine top 15 in your city the are extremely slim.    You may wish to put a counter on your website to find out just how many visitors come your way.  They're available free on the internet.

As a real estate agent you wouldn't dream of having an unlisted business telephone number.  Why have an anonymous website?  I wish I had a nickle for every time someone asked me how to improve their visibility in their community.  

We all know that advertising is key to bringing in clients,   However it may be time to re-assess your advertising program.
