Okay. It's a typo. But the combination of the photo and the price just made me laugh! I thought you might need a smile too, so here you go:

I was just talking with the broker about SEO and who's doing what in the Rain, so I hope that the title of the photo gets Erica Ramus and her agents some Google love.

EDIT: Erica's new website is just now getting up and running; her estimate is that they're about 90% there.
