This past Sunday, I held open a very nice one bedroom, one bath condo in Cleveland Park at Vaughan Place at McLean Gardens, unit #522. It is not one of the renovated units, but it is very nice, has a gorgeous view from the balcony, and is about 750 square feet.  The asking price has recently been lowered to $359,500.  I noticed that since the election, open house traffic has been picking up.  I had 10 groups come through in 3 hours, and most were very serious buyers.  I get the impression buyers are starting to get their confidence back.
